The Department of Computer Science and Business Systems organized an industrial visit for third-semester students to Dinshaw’s Dairy Foods Private Limited, Nagpur, on August 25, 2025. The visit was conducted from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with 65 students participating.

The objective of the visit was to provide practical exposure to industrial operations, automated production systems, and business process integration in the food processing industry. The Plant Manager and the Technical Head of Operations at Dinshaw’s guided students through the manufacturing facility, explaining key processes.

The visit covered automation in dairy processing, quality control measures, supply chain management, and the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for production monitoring. The program was organized and coordinated by the Team CSBS faculty members.

The visit was highly beneficial, enabling students to relate theoretical concepts to real-world applications and gain insight into operational efficiency and professional standards in an industrial environment.
