The Department of Computer Science and Business Systems, under the IGNITE Forum, organized the “Mind to Market” workshop on December 11, 2025, as part of the Nagpur Startup Idea Challenge 2025-26. Held at the college auditorium, the event was attended by over 150 students.

The workshop aimed to provide students with tools for innovation, product development, and sustainable entrepreneurship. Resource persons Ms. Shivangi Gorkhale, an innovation strategist, and Ms. Sumita Rao, Founder of Brisklean, covered the innovation process pyramid, the six stages of the mind-to-market framework, the "Idea Validation Loop," and pitching techniques. Ms. Rao also shared “Waste to Wealth” initiatives and case studies like Project Bhu-jayate.

Coordinated by CSBS faculty and IGNITE student leaders, the workshop concluded successfully, giving students a clear roadmap to transform ideas into Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and inspiring them to pursue socially responsible ventures.
