The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security) successfully conducted the inauguration ceremony of Turing Nessus forum, on 25^th August 2025.

The event commenced with a warm welcome, followed by an introductory speech highlighting the objectives and vision of Turing Nessus. The forum has been initiated to foster innovation, encourage student participation in technical activities, and build a collaborative environment for learning and growth.

Our Hon’ble HOD, Dr. Abhishek Pathak Sir, delivered an inspiring address, motivating students to actively engage with the forum’s initiatives and leverage its activities to enhance their technical expertise.

The ceremony was graced by our esteemed Chief Guest, Dr. Ashish Badhiye,  HOD Forensic Science ,GIFS, Nagpur, who shared his valuable insights on the importance of technical forums in shaping students' careers and driving innovation in Forensics.

The inauguration also featured an introduction to the forum’s upcoming activities, including technical workshops, hackathons, CTFs and expert talks aimed at equipping students with industry-relevant skills.

The event was successfully coordinated by Prof. Vikas G. Singh, whose efficient planning and guidance ensured the smooth conduct of the inauguration ceremony. His efforts played a key role in the overall success of the event and in laying a strong foundation for the forum’s future activities.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks, extending gratitude to all faculty members, students, and departments for their wholehearted support in making the event a grand success.
