St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology, Nagpur, organized AIDCON-2025 on 12th and 13th December 2025, jointly by the Departments under the chairmanship of Dr. Manish Gudadhe, Conference Chair with Dr. Abhishek Pathak, Program Chair, Dr. Vikas Bhowate, Program Chair and Dr. Praveen Sen, Organizing Chair and under the guidance of Rev. Dr. Paul Chandrankunnel, Director, and Dr. Vijay Wadhai, Principal, General Chair of the conference.

The inaugural session featured Dr. Mukul Sutaone, Director, IIIT Allahabad, as Chief Guest, Dr. Manesh Kokare, Director, SGGS Nanded, and Mr. Ben Bendre, CIO, USA, as Guests of Honour, with a keynote address by Dr. Bindu Verma, Professor, DTU.

The conference received 358 paper submissions, with 154 papers accepted after peer review, including international contributions from South Korea, the UK, Dubai, and the USA. Technical sessions covered AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Robotics, Industry 4.0, IoT, Renewable Energy, Healthcare, and Ethical & Sustainable AI. TCS served as the Official Technical Partner, with SGGSIT Nanded and IEI as academic partners.

The valedictory session was graced by Dr. Gaurav Mishra, Dr. K. T. V. Reddy, Mr. Amit Kale, and Mr. Abhijeet Zargar, who commended the research quality and encouraged innovation. AIDCON-2025 was widely appreciated for its academic rigor and effective organization.
