The Department of Information Technology organized an Orientation Program for second-year students to familiarize them with departmental discipline, academic expectations, and opportunities.

Dr. Shabana Pathan, Head of the Department, warmly welcomed the students and introduced the faculty members along with their expertise. The session emphasized:

• Departmental rules, discipline, and academic integrity.
• Importance of higher studies, career goals, and leading a balanced life.
• Course structure, attendance requirements (minimum 75%), and internal assessments.
• Value of the Industry Sponsored Lab, internships, and industrial visits.
• Active participation in student clubs, CSI membership, and group activities.

The program successfully guided 56 students toward making the most of their academic journey and departmental activities.
