Speak & Spark

The Department of Computer Engineering, in collaboration with the ACM Student Chapter, successfully organized Speak & Spark 2025 on 25th July 2025. The event was exclusively for 2nd Year Computer Engineering students from Section B and was conducted for 2 hours (2:15 PM – 4:15 PM).

The event featured two engaging rounds: Debate and Pitch Me a Product, providing students an opportunity to showcase creativity, confidence, and communication skills. The Debate round witnessed participants present strong arguments on thought-provoking topics, encouraging critical thinking and teamwork. In the Pitch Me a Product round, students proposed innovative product ideas, blending technology with real-world problem-solving. The atmosphere throughout the event was vibrant and dynamic, fostering a spirit of collaboration and innovation.

The program was organized under the guidance of Dr. Pallavi Wankhede, with coordination by Amiya Bose (4th Year CE) and strong support from the ACM Student Team, ensuring smooth execution. This initiative successfully promoted public speaking, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking, contributing to the holistic development of students.
