The Department of Vocation (B.VOC), St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology, Nagpur, successfully organized an expert session on 25th July 2025 on the topic “Code Your Future: Building a Purpose-Driven Career.” The session was conducted by Mr. Prashant Panday, Founder & CEO of Pranam Creative Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Nagpur. Faculty coordinators for the session were Prof. Aditya Khandare & Mrs. Namrata Emche

Mr. Panday delivered an insightful and inspiring talk focusing on how students can align their technical skills with meaningful goals to build a value-oriented career in the ever-evolving tech industry. He emphasized the importance of purpose, creativity, and continual learning in shaping a successful future.

The session saw active participation from 57 students of the B.Voc department, who greatly benefitted from the real-world insights and motivational guidance shared during the session. The interactive Q&A session that followed reflected the enthusiasm and curiosity among the attendees. PO5, PO7 & PO8 were attained successfully.

Such initiatives empower students to think beyond the classroom and prepare for impactful careers in technology and innovation.
