The Department of Mechanical Engineering organised a one-day educational visit on July 17, 2025, to the VR Jamdar Siemens Centre for Excellence at VNIT Nagpur for its 7th-semester students.

During the visit, the students toured various labs at the Centre, including the Smart Factory Lab, Robotics Lab, CNC Lab, IoT Lab, Reverse Engineering Lab, Automation Lab, Product Design and Validation Lab,  Mechatronics Lab, and Test and Optimization Lab.

Lab instructors briefed the students on the machines, infrastructure, and various activities, including internships and learning programs offered at VRJSCOE-VNIT, Nagpur. The event was successfully coordinated by Mechanical Engineering faculty members Dr. Manish Bhadke, Prof. Anthony Augustine, and Prof. Namrata Nagpurkar, Prof. Shantanu N. Kolharkar
