The Department of Civil Engineering had oorganized a workshop on Modern Surveying Tools like Total Station, GPS and Drone Technology for Second Year and Third Year Civil Engineering students on 14/02/2025 and 15/02/2025. Dr. Sarang Paranjape, Director imaGIS and his team has conducted this workshop in college campus.

There was theory explanation about the recent trends in Surveying and Geomatics for the students and after there was hands on practice for all the students on the instruments. Students got benefitted by his practice and were confident in using these tools. 

The students appreciated these efforts from the department. Dr. S. D. Kene and Prof. R. P. Kinhikar coordinated the programme.
