A site visit to the Sport Facility Centre, Mankapur, Nagpur, was organized on 16th October 2026 for 53 Second Year Civil Engineering students to provide practical exposure to sports infrastructure, structural systems, and modern construction practices.

During the visit, the site engineers, Er. Sanket Kale and Er. Gaurav Bondre, shared valuable technical insights into the construction, structural features, and functioning of the sports facility. Their guidance helped students understand the practical aspects of civil engineering and the application of theoretical concepts in real-world construction projects.

The visit was an informative and enriching learning experience, enabling students to enhance their technical knowledge and gain a better understanding of modern sports infrastructure and construction practices.

The visit was organized by Dr. Satish D. Kene and Dr. Monika Jain and coordinated by Dr. Suyog U. Dhote, Prof. Kusum Balani, and Dr. Pravin Nerkar, along with non-teaching staff member Mr. Nilesh Dighekar.
