A “By the Students, For the Students” Skilling Session was conducted on 20 August 2026 from 2:15 PM to 4:15 PM for the Second- and Third-Year CSE–Cyber Security students.

The session focused on Nmap (Network Mapper), covering how Nmap works, why it is used in cybersecurity, and commonly used Nmap commands. The student-led session provided practical exposure to network scanning and helped participants understand the importance of network reconnaissance in cybersecurity.

The initiative encouraged peer learning, practical skill development, and knowledge sharing, enabling students to learn cybersecurity concepts through hands-on and student-driven activities.
