Career Readiness: Salesforce & Professional Ethics
The Department of Information Technology conducted an Alumni Interaction Session on 18th July 2026 for 3rd and 4th year students. The session featured Mr. Ankur Singh, an alumnus of the 2024 batch and currently working as a Software Engineer at Persistent Systems Ltd. He delivered an insightful session on the topic "Career Readiness: Salesforce & Professional Ethics."
During the session, the speaker shared valuable insights into career readiness by introducing students to the Salesforce ecosystem and its growing importance in today's technology-driven business environment. He explained the role of Salesforce as a leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and highlighted the diverse career opportunities available in areas such as administration, development, consulting, and business analysis. Around 70 students actively participated and benefited from the interactive discussion and Q&A session. The alumni interaction session was successfully coordinated by Prof. Nilesh Dhannaseth and Dr. P. Uparkar from the Department of Information Technology. Their dedicated efforts ensured the smooth planning and successful execution of the session, providing students with a valuable opportunity to interact with an industry professional.
