GLOBAL COLLABORATION BEGINS!

St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology SVPCET, Nagpur, has signed an MoU with Newcastle University, UK, to facilitate collaborative research projects that will enable its students and faculty to work with researchers from Newcastle University's National EdgeAI Hub. The MoU also marks the beginning of "Newcastle–Pallotti Centre for EdgeAI", laying the foundation for long-term research collaboration and innovation. The partnership marks a significant step towards strengthening global research collaboration and fostering innovation-driven academic engagement.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will facilitate direct collaboration between faculty members, researchers and academic departments of both institutions in areas of mutual academic and technological interest. It will provide a platform for joint research initiatives, knowledge exchange and development of innovative solutions in emerging technology domains.

The collaboration also includes opportunities for eligible SVPCET students to undertake short-term internships and academic visits of one to two months at the National EdgeAI Hub, offering hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies.

The MoU reinforces SVPCET’s commitment to expanding global partnerships, promoting research excellence and creating international learning opportunities for students and faculty.
