Formula Bharat is a student FSAE design competition which was held at Coimbatore from 21/01/2026 to 26/01/2026. Team EFAR from SVPCET participated in the event under Electric Category. The competition was aimed to test the building of a formula style electric vehicle.

The Formula Bharat 2026 event was conducted from 21st January to 26th January 2026 at Kari Motor Speedway, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The competition offered extensive exposure to industry standards, real-world engineering challenges, and hands-on learning. Each day presented new obstacles and opportunities that contributed significantly to the team’s technical growth and collective confidence.

In terms of Team standings (out of 40 teams), we achieved commendable rankings across various categories:

• Overall: AIR 8
• Cost and Manufacturing: AIR 14
• Engineering Design Event: AIR 12
• Business Plan Presentation: AIR 10
