The Department of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), organized an Industry Visit to Lokmat Press, Butibori,Nagpur on 21 February 2026. A total of 45 students from 4th Semester (Second Year) participated in the visit under the coordination of Prof. Snehal Shingode and Prof. Tushar Aneyrao

The visit provided practical exposure to industrial automation, PLC, Control Panels, SCADA and IoT-based systems used in modern newspaper printing operations. Students observed the complete production workflow and gained insights into real-time industrial practices.

The activity successfully bridged the gap between classroom learning and real-world industrial implementation.
