The SAEINDIA Collegiate Club organized an Alumni Interaction with Mr. Shashwat Naik, Assistant Manager - Transmission Machine Shop, Mahindra and Mahindra Limited [Automotive and Farm Equipment Business], Nagpur, and Alumnus of the 2021 Batch on March 2, 2024.

Shashwat engaged with all student members of Team Ashwariders ATV, FAR, and eFAR, providing detailed insights into incorporating industrial practices in vehicle building and upgrading manufacturing practices. He shared how the skills acquired as a member of the BAJA team helped him secure a job and discussed various career opportunities in the automotive domain. Students appreciated his input on new manufacturing practices and the need for upgrading manufacturing processes.
