A now years back campus recruitment was unheard of except at IITS, IlMs and NITs. However with the impact of Liberalization campus drives have become a preferred source of recruitment. The role of MP Department is not just to impart skills In aptitude development, group discussion and personal interview-the usual methods of screening, but to inculcate professional ethlis within students and make them as per industry need, mete the TAP Department are in sync with the entire College, when we implement systems, processes and practices that endeavor to make future professionals. On behalf of the T&P team I wish Tech Pallottines all the best in there endeavors.

Objective :- a) To empower and facilitate each student to get inducted into a meaningful profession before passing out front the program. b) To enhance the capabilities of each staff to contribute maximum towards the fulfillment of the Institute's vision and mission.
