Electronics, particularly computer usage coupled with recent space age, endeavors has by this time already crept into every sphere of human activities. Every industry, institution & organization feels the need of an Electronics Engineer and a Computer specialist. Today's world IS very much for and of the Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers. Advanced countries in the world have gone to such depths of Electronics today that an Electronics Engineer s indispensable in every front. Opportunity in this highly sophisticated and advanced branch of engineering is just immense. Electronics is now a part of our every day life, from your pocket FM radio to televisions, computers, mobile phones and even the high-end satellites that process and sends images. This Branch Deals with basic principles and performance of electronic devices and circuits . Equipments and systems involved in wireless communications ,Various analog and digital modulation techniques used for communication„ satellite and optical communication technologies, computer communication and networking, design and development of microeledronic circuits for computation and processing, components and systems for electronic instrumentation and control etc. are the core contents of this Branch. The course also covers the study of hardware and interfacing of computer systems, programming skills and apPliCation of CO.Pilters in Signal processing and communication. Electronics Engineers are employed in Government and private companies for installation, operation and maintenance of electronics equipments and systems. Defence, space and other large research organizations employ electronics engineers in design and development of complex devices and systems for signal processing and telecommunication. Industries involved in design and fabrication of devices, integrated circuits, embedded systems, electronic equipments etc. have aim provide large scale placements for engineers with this spedallzation. Installation and maintenance of electronic equipments used for health care in hospitals, equipments & systems for instrumentation and control in process industries automation systems of assembly line in production industnes, etc are also handled by electronics engineers.
