A] ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR MINORITY (CHRISTIAN) QUOTA / INSTITUTE LEVEL :

1) All eligible and desirous candidates are required to fill the Admission Request Form available on the college website http://www.stvincentngp.edu.in and also in the College with the Admission Cell.

2) Candidates who would download the Form from the College website and submit it by post will have to make a Demand Draft of Rs 1500/- (non refundable) in favour of ‘St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering and Technology’, payable at Nagpur. Candidates should send the duly filled Admission Request Form along with the original Demand Draft and attested photocopies of required documents to the following address:

3) Incomplete forms in any respect will not be entertained.

4) Local candidates can submit their Admission Request Form directly at the College Admission Cell. They can pay cash of Rs 1500/- (non refundable) at the college Admission Cell.

B] ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR CAP CANDIDATES:

1. S.S.C. (Std.X) mark sheet.
2. H.S.C. (Std. XII) mark sheet.
3. MT-CET 2013 score card or JEE Mains score card 2013.
4. School leaving certificate after passing H.S.C. (Std. XII).
5. Certificate of the Domicile of Maharashtra state / Birth certificate mentioning Maharashtra state as the birth place or school leaving       certificate mentioning Maharashtra state as place of birth (Only for Maharashtra State Candidates).
6. Indian Nationality (for all candidates, if it is not mentioned in the School leaving certificate). In lieu of the “Certificate of Indian       Nationality” any one of the following certificate will also be acceptable-
a) The School leaving Certificate indicating the Nationality of the candidate as ‘Indian’.
b) Indian Passport in the name of the candidate, issued by appropriate authorities.
c) Birth Certificate of the Candidate indicating the place of birth in India.
7. Caste Certificate, Caste Validity and Non-Creamy Layer (if applicable) for backward classes of Maharashtra state candidates.
8. Migration Certificate (for other than Maharashtra State Board)
9. Eligibility certificate( for other than Maharashtra State board)
10. Baptism certificate (only for Christian Students)
11. Eligibility certificate from RTM Nagpur University (Other than Maharashtra State Board)
12. Anti Ragging Undertaking : There are two undertakings to be given, one by the student and other by the parent each on Rs 100/- stamp paper.
13. Proforma I
a) All the original documents are to be submitted at the time of admission.
b) The candidates taking admission are required to preserve 10 sets of attested photocopies of the documents submitted at the time of admissions with them for further use.

1. Two separate DD’s should be prepared for Tuition Fees & Other Fees.
2. DD should be in favor of "St.Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology", payable at Nagpur

1. *As per the Government notification we are collecting the Interim Fees. The final Tuition Fees will be applicable as & when decided by the  Shikshan Shulka Samiti (Fee Fixation Committee) for the Academic Year 2013-14.
2. The Caution Deposit amount is one time payment and shall be refunded after the completion of course.
